Ningi

Ningi is a partly developed residential locality west of Pumicestone Channel and Bribie Island, extending to the eastern edge of Caboolture. It is on the southern bank of Ningi Creek, west from where the creek enters the channel. Both the creek and the settlement were named after the Ningi Ningi Aboriginal group who were traditionally associated with Toorbul Point on the north side of the mouth of the creek.
