Kearneys Spring

Kearneys Spring, a residential suburb, is two km south of central Toowoomba. A suburb of the 1970s, it was named after Toowoomba magistrate, alderman and deputy mayor, D.J. Kearney. As a magistrate he was well known for handing down heavy sentences for driving offences.
