Ascot
Ascot is a residential suburb of Brisbane, 6 km north-east of the CBD. It includes the Eagle Farm and Doomben Racecourses, although the nearby Eagle Farm industrial precinct which lies south-east along the Brisbane River is a separate suburb. Ascot is regarded as one of Brisbane's exclusive residential suburbs, its property values consistently ranking among the highest in the state.
