Buderim
Buderim, named after Buderim Mountain, is a large suburb with a semi-rural hinterland, a few kilometres inland from Mooloolaba and 90 km north of central Brisbane. It is thought that the name derives from an Aboriginal word meaning 'honeysuckle' (the Banksia collina) or 'red soil'.
