Drewvale

Drewvale is a residential suburb on the southern municipal border of Brisbane City. It adjoins Browns Plains in Logan City. Drewvale was formally named in 1971, apparently after an early family in the district.

The Gateway and Logan Motorways intersect in the middle of Drewvale, dividing it into two residential areas and a third undeveloped space in its north-east. The residential areas are buffered by green spaces forming a corridor between Karawatha Forest and the Parkinson Bushland.
