Meridan Plains

Meridan Plains, a rural/residential suburb, is generally six km north-west of Caloundra. It was named after the Meradan Plains pastoral run, south of the Mooloolah River, taken up by Edmund William and Richard Westerway c1870. The suburb was named in 1988.
